CHONKY HQ is the official community-partnered app for $CHONKY, the fattest cat on Solana. It brings together games, updates, memes and community links. It is independently developed, provides entertainment and information only, never holds your funds, and comes with no guarantees.
1. What this covers
These terms apply to the CHONKY HQ Android app and to the website chetis.fr (together, “the app”). By using either one, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
The app is published by an individual based in France. There is no company behind it.
2. Community partnership and independence
CHONKY HQ is the official community-partnered app for $CHONKY. It is independently developed and published by an individual based in France. The app supports the CHONKY community but does not speak for the token project unless a communication is expressly identified as official. Names, artwork and branding relating to CHONKY belong to their respective owners.
3. No financial advice
Prices, market cap, volume, liquidity and balances shown in the app are provided for information only. They come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
Nothing in the app is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Memecoins are extremely volatile and you can lose everything you put in. Any decision you make is your own, and you should do your own research.
4. Your wallet
Connecting a wallet is optional, and is used for one purpose: reading your public SOL and CHONKY balances so the app can display them.
- The app never asks for, sees or stores a seed phrase or a private key.
- The app does not build, sign, send or broadcast any transaction.
- The app never takes custody of any funds or tokens.
- You remain solely responsible for the security of your wallet and device.
5. Third-party services and links
The app displays data from DexScreener and reads the Solana blockchain through a public Solana RPC endpoint. It also links out to exchanges, charts, social accounts and other community sites.
Those services are operated by other people. We do not control them, we are not responsible for them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave the app. A link is not an endorsement.
6. Memes you create
The meme maker builds images on your device, from artwork bundled in the app and either a provided joke or text you enter yourself. Your selected artwork and custom text may be stored locally on your device so your draft can be restored. Nothing you generate is uploaded to us.
What you then do with an image is up to you, and is your responsibility. The underlying artwork belongs to its creators, so please keep your use personal and non-commercial, and respect the rights of whoever made it.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- present the app, or anything made with it, as official CHONKY communication;
- use it to mislead people, to promote a scam, or to impersonate anyone;
- attempt to break, overload or reverse the app in order to harm others.
8. Availability
The app is provided free of charge, as is. It may change, break, or stop working at any time, including because a third-party service it depends on changes or shuts down. It may also be withdrawn from the store. No availability is promised.
9. No warranty, and limits on liability
The app is provided “as is”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including trading losses, loss of tokens, reliance on inaccurate data, or unavailability of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
10. Copyright and takedown
If you own rights to artwork used in the app and would like it removed, write to solanachetis@gmail.com and it will be taken out of the next release. No argument, no delay.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version published on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection you are entitled to under the law of the country where you live.
